Message from our Managing Director, Charles McDiarmid My family and I are just back from a winter holiday in Mexico. You know the old saying…. it is nice to go away, but when we live in the most wonderful part of the world, it feels even better to come home again! And we’re in good company – our beloved whales start migrating past Tofino every March, and some Greys have already been spotted breeching from Long Beach – giving us a taste of the months to come on the water!

Since my arrival at the Inn’s Pointe Restaurant almost one year ago, the most valuable lesson I have learned is that your team will make or break you. The Kitchen Brigade at the Inn is a unique group of non-conformists! Not only do these team members need to be perfectionists - willing to work long hours, consistently delivering exceptional meals - but they must also enjoy living in a small, eclectic “end of the road” village.

Easter Surprises at the Ritz Paris!
From the 18th to the 25th March, the magic of Easter will descend on the Ritz, a privileged place to spend time amongst family and share moments rich in emotion. On Sunday 23rd March, an exceptional brunch will crown the festivities. Thousands of surprises are in store for big and small alike.
From the 18th March, a picturesque garden will be created in the very heart of the Vendôme terrace, where children accompanied by their parents will have the pleasure of discovering real rabbits amongst other surprises.
To spend time with family or friends, the Ritz proposes on Sunday 23rd March, from 11am to 4pm, an exceptional brunch overflowing with the traditional favours of Easter to delight both big and small. A buffet composed exclusively of savoury and sweet eggs will be reserved for children, and the chocolate offerings served until 4pm will not fail to tempt more than a few! During the afternoon, two surprise-filled Easter-egg hunts will be organised on the Vendôme terrace.
… And for the pleasure of the most sweet-toothed, the Ritz will open the doors of its chocolaterie to guests come to spend a moment of relaxation over brunch. A chocolate lesson will be proposed every hour from 12.30 to 3.30pm. Behind the scenes of the hotel, a Head Pastry Chef, Eddie Benghanem, will welcome parents and children to learn to make traditional chocolate eggs and fillings. The secrets of the Ritz chocolates will be revealed!

At the Espadon on Sunday 23rd March, Michel Roth will propose at lunch and at dinner a menu composed of the traditional dishes of Easter. Clients staying at the hotel over the Easter weekend will be offered delicious chocolate surprises made especially by the Head Pastry Chef.
